How much Personal Training do I need? The amount of Personal Training that you need depends upon you and your goals. Beginners and individuals seeking rapid results may want 2 to 3 sessions per week until a pattern is established; others may benefit from 1 to 2 sessions a week as a "maintenance" routine. Your trainer will gladly make a recommendation for your desired program.
