Yoga Hatha Style - Specifically, breathwork, flexibility and meditation. The classes are gentle & suitable for everyone (even pre-natal). We incorporate more challenging sequences and postures as the class ability permits. There are no inversions (i.e. handstand or headstand) however, we will work with shoulderstand as class ability permits. This is a "hands-on" class wherein instructors will be assisting with alignment. |
